an extension of Tallinna Kaubamaja was opened (B-block)

RAS Tallinna Kaubamaja was transformed to a public limited company, majority share was sold to E-Investments Group

1996
The shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja were quoted on the Tallinn Stock Exchange
Tallinna Kaubamaja AS acquired 75% of the shares of AS Tartu Kaubamaja

1999
January, Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS /Tallinna Kaubamaja Real Estate AS/ was founded

2000
October, Kaubamaja was affiliated in IGDS

April, 100% of the shares of Tartu Kaubamaja were acquired

12 August, a new visual identity was applied

15 April, the thoroughly renovated Tallinna Kaubamaja that had expanded to Viru Keskus was opened

12 October, the new Kaubamaja was opened in the brand-new Tartu Kaubamaja Centre in Tartu
