But sometimes it feels better, maybe just for a change, to let others do the job for you. The selection, of course. And sometimes it happens that you keep looking at a skirt or a top, and can’t decide what looks good on you and what does not.
And some other time it is rather boring to wait outside the closed door of a fitting room with dozens of others and to look indignantly at the three pairs of pants that a co-customer in front of you has picked up. To cut it short, Kaubamaja offers the service of personal fashion advice that makes your selection more convenient, easy and pleasant.
The purpose of the service is to offer our customers professional service, to give proper advice on personal style for helping select the right clothes and accessories. In other words, by offering personal service, we give our customers a chance to find a contact person in Kaubamaja who knows her or his preferences.
We offer personal fashion advice both in the Women’s Fashion and Men’s Fashion Departments. Both departments have private lounges where customers are welcome to try on clothes, enjoy a cup of coffee, leaf through magazines and afterwards also pay for their purchases.
The service is free of charge for our regular customers (Partner Card holders) and costs 100 EEK for the rest. If you buy goods for more than 1,000 EEK, we will not charge you for the service either. The customers who use the personal fashion advice service can give the information on their clothes size and preferences to a Kaubamaja stylist/consultant and in this way facilitate the speed of the service even more – a stylist can select the right clothes by the time of your arrival. If they wish, customers can also get information on the arrival of necessary sizes, new collections, special offers of their favourite brand, news, etc.

The consultant has profound knowledge of wonder-working beauty products and also in-depth knowledge of fashion, make-up trend and make-up art. It would do everybody good to trust her advice, as the consultant is impartial – she is well informed of different brands, but does not represent any of them.

The service is free of charge for regular customers. The service costs 100 EEK for customers who do not have a Partner Card, but if you buy products in the value of 500 EEK or more, the service is free of charge.
